Review in the conversation

Keep the document open and request a precise correction. Check that it updates the same resource, retains a new revision and grants the intended recipient the expected access. File it in your personal folder and prepare a PDF. Filing, granting access and exporting are three separate actions.

Extend the brief with a simulator
